2. Purpose and categories of personal data
We only process personal data to the extent necessary:
Meeting booking via Cal.com: name, e-mail, phone number, company details. Purpose: to confirm and hold the meeting.
Contact via form ore-mail: name, e-mail, phone number, and content of the inquiry. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry.
Use of website: technical information (IP address, browser, device, time). Purpose: operation, security, statistics, and marketing (with consent).
3. Legal basis
Processing takes place in accordance with GDPR:
Article 6(1)(b) (agreement/pre-contractual measures).
Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests: operation, statistics, development).
Article 6(1)(a) (consent, e.g., cookies).
4. Recipients and data processors
We use, among others:
- HubSpot – CRM and handling of inquiries.
- Cal.com – meeting booking.
- Google Analytics – traffic measurement and statistics.
- LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads – marketing (with consent).
- Hosting and IT providers – operation and security.
Transfers of data outside the EU/EEA are safeguarded with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (SCC).
5. Storage
- Inquiries and meeting bookings are stored as long as necessary to handle your request.
- Customer data is stored in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (typically 5 years).
- Cookies are stored according to the cookie policy.
6. Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing. Inquiries should be sent to igh@tradeplus.dk.
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk).
